I love that you did this, and at first glance the guide looks great! I'm looking forward to perusing some of the reading material that's new to me.

Coupla suggestions:

1. The course is designed to be consumed sequentially, which makes sense for new designers. But it'd be cool to give it more of a detailed table of contents so established designers looking to learn a particular topic can dip in and check it out.

2. Similarly, a document with all the reading material would be neat. (I get asked for a UX reading list all the time and have a doc I share around...if nothing else I'll probably add stuff from yours to mine as I read it...)

3. Two suggested reading additions: Tufte's _The Visual Display of Quantitative Information_, which was transformative in my early career; and Thaler & Sunstein's _Nudge_, which (along with a few related books) had a huge impact on how I think about design today.
