For sure. Unfortunately much of the advice on this topic is directed at non-managers, when it’s managers (and leadership) who are often in the best position to make change happen. I’m a huge proponent of investing in manager coaching and training, and this is part of why: the managers who take up employees’ time with unnecessary meetings and discussions aren’t generally *trying* to waste time; they just may not have the toolkits they need.
